My work has focused on taking products from early-stage ambiguity (and the chaos that comes with it) to scalable, production-ready systems - while growing teams, improving execution, and maturing the engineering quality.

Across different environments, I’ve seen how systems break - both technically and organisationally and how the right structure, processes, and decisions can compound into meaningful impact.
